Product Profile
1.1, Pneumatic hoist is the most optimum lifting device in the
world. It has been widely used in industrially developed countries,
for it takes the following advantages over motor hoists.
First, the pneumatic hoist cannot generate electric spark, so it
completely solves the anti-explosive problem.
Explosion-proof grade: Ⅰ Hazardous area, including ⅡC, Group T5 and
below.
Second, the pneumatic hoist uses the 100% work system, so as to
make the required conditions for high-efficient continuous jobs.
Third, the pneumatic hoist sees a fast operating speed which is 2-3
times more than the motor hoist, and the former can present non
polar variable speed.
Fourth, the pneumatic hoist features endurance on acid, alkaline,
steam and high-powder dust.
Fifth, the pneumatic hoist has small size and easily operation. It
is only 1/3~1/8 of the weight of a motor hoist whose specification
is same.

1. The pressure of compressed air can be transformed into pneumatic
power by pneumatic motor and the output torque drives the planetary
reducer to run. The gas path control part makes rotary mechanism to
do positive and negative rotation, so as to achieve the function of
lifting objects.

3. Precision parts such as motor and piston are all made from
high-precision import processing center.
4. The planetary gears are made of high quality steel with
tempering and quenching. All lubricated by extremely pressure
lithium grease.

6. The bearing of chain sprocket use double dustproof ball bearing.
7. ISO standard V type hook.
8. The main body can be hanging in the I-beam to move straight or
curve, or installed in the fixed bracket for lifting heavy objects.
